Mrs. Nair
Her Story
Vimala Nair grew up in Thrissur, Kerala, where every Sunday meant a 29-dish Sadya spread on banana leaf. She brought that tradition to Bangalore, where her IT-crowd subscribers get a proper Kerala meal every Friday. Her coconut chutney is ground on a stone grinder, her avial has 11 vegetables, and her payasam uses only jaggery from Palakkad.
