Her Story

Zubeda grew up in Lucknow watching her mother make galouti kebabs with a patience she's now mastered herself. The 150-spice blend for her korma is her grandmother's recipe, written on a faded piece of paper she keeps in her kitchen. She came to Bangalore for work, stayed for life, and brings the tehzeeb of Lucknowi cooking to Koramangala.
