About this evening
A Rajasthani feast at Sunita's Rajajinagar home. The baati has been baking since noon, the dal is on the slow simmer, and the churma is fresh-ground. This is desert food made with the open-handed generosity of someone who has fed 11 people every day for 26 years. Bring an empty stomach.
