The Story

“Coorg (Kodagu) sits at 1000m altitude, and the cardamom grown in its coffee estates has a distinctly different profile from the mass-market variety — more floral, less camphor, with a natural green colour that hasn't been bleached or treated. These pods are hand-picked from a family estate near Madikeri, dried slowly at room temperature. One pod in a cup of chai changes everything.”
